PAYMENT
I accept payment via PayPal
I ship prints only after payment has cleared. If you have any questions about the checkout process, please contact me so that I can assist you with the payment process. If you’ve placed an order but would like to cancel or change it, please let me know within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Shipping
I will ship your order to the address listed in your receipt. Please make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will have to charge for shipping again.
Prints are shipped within 10 days of receiving payment. This is a conservative estimate, and most prints will ship more quickly. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. Prints on photo papers in 8×12 and 12×18 sizes are sealed inside a cellophane package to protect against moisture damage and then sandwiched between two rigid pieces of cardboard. Prints larger than 12×18 inches will be shipped wrapped in plastic and rolled in a rigid tube.
Canvas gallery wraps and metal prints are shipped directly from my print lab to minimize transit time and exposure to shipping hazards.
For shipping within the US, I usually use USPS Priority Mail or UPS. For smaller prints, I use USPS First Class. Prints shipped with USPS Priority Mail typically take 2-4 business days to arrive at their destination. USPS First Class or Media Mail typically takes 2-6 business days. For canvas gallery wraps, I use FedEx or UPS Ground shipping. UPS Ground usually takes between 3-5 days to deliver, but may take longer to the West Coast of the United States or Canada.
Packages shipped via Priority Mail, FedEx or UPS Ground will include tracking information. When I ship a package using these services, I include the tracking information in the shipping confirmation email to the buyer.
CANCELED ORDERS
Because my prints are made-to-order, and the labs that I work with do not accept returns on custom prints, I cannot cancel and refund an order after it has been processed by my print lab. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within ONE DAY of placing the order. In the case of smaller prints, if the lab has already processed and shipped the item, I may allow the cancellation but charge a restocking fee for the print since I will have already paid for it. The restocking fee will depend upon the size and cost of the print in question.
LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
Damaged or defective items: I will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or defective. While I take great care and pride in packaging items for shipping, very rarely, larger items such as canvas gallery wraps may be subject to damage during shipping. The labs that I work with will replace any such item at no additional cost to the client. Please contact me as soon as you receive the item and let me know if the item has arrived in imperfect condition, and I will have a replacement shipped to you as soon as possible.
If a package seems to have been lost in transit, I will work with the shipping provider first to determine the whereabouts of the package. This process can take up to a week. If the shipping provider cannot locate the package, I will file a claim with the shipping company, and will ship a replacement item to the client as soon as possible.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
Larger items that are shipped outside of the United States may incur additional fees, taxes, tarifs, duties, or customs charges. Since these charges vary from country to country and are dependant on the size and content of the package, I cannot predict what these charges will be. The buyer is therefore responsible for paying customs charges. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will exchange your item(s) or refund your money (minus shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as return shipping costs.
